Description:
The project aim is to optimize, extend with new features Automotive Solution. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in the newest cars. The project is considered as technical excellence.
At our project we are building a computer-in-the-car architecture – key for enabling innovation within areas such as advanced connectivity, machine learning and autonomous drive.

Project management
Basic understanding of key PMBOK process groups and knowledge area
Experience in managing projects with multiple agile teams
Good understanding and practical experience with Agile SDLCs (Scrum, Kanban)
Agile Delivery / Project Management experience, ideally within Managed Services and IT Outsourcing industry, minimum 1 year
Process management
Experience in implementation of best practices in software engineering (code reviews, unit testing, etc.)
People management
Experience in talent hiring and retaining
Maintaining motivation, resolving conflicts, build consensus
Reviewing and assessing ongoing performance of direct reports
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast changing environment
Problem-solving attitude
Good command in basic financial data processing (yes, spreadsheets. Preferably using Google Apps stack)
Technical background (software development, QA) is a solid advantage.
Will be a plus:
Experience in managing multiple remote / distributed teams
Agile and/or PMI certifications
Experience with SAFe or other scaled frameworks
Attention to details
