Description:
The SailPoint Admin will be a part of a global ERP team for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Global Solutions India (KGSI) has been developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KGSI rapidly scales up its operations in India, it’s employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Global Solutions India (KGSI) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. This role is a part of the MOLEX team within the KGSI. MOLEX is a Koch Industries company.
The SailPoint Admin will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and enhancing SailPoint solutions that solve customer’s needs while also maintaining adherence to system controls and segregation of duties. The SailPoint Admin will create value by supporting implementation of application and integration with SAP & Non-SAP Applications in Molex. Will also work on designing, developing and implementing the Security solutions for User and Access Administration. Supports all aspects of security development. Supporting internal and external audits, Mitigation control maintenance, and driving innovation.
Requirements:
Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
• 4+ years in SailPoint IDN Administration/Development.
• Knowledge/Experience on SAP Security.
• Knowledge/Experience on SAP GRC 10.1 or 12 Access control
• Knowledge/Experience on Non-SAP applications such as COUPA would be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
• Integrating the SailPoint application with Non-SAP and SAP Applications for Identity Now.
• Design & develop Security Roles, Authorizations and User Administration for integrated applications in SailPoint.
• Good understanding and experience of Build and Configuring SailPoint in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, schedule tasks, and correlation.
• Extensive hands-on with Role Policy Management, Applications Onboarding, Analytics and Reporting, Rules, business workflows, Email Templates, Certification, and Access Provisioning.
• Ability to grasp business problems, goals, objectives, and provide alternative solutions
• Solid understanding of requirement specifications, design, development, and testing
• Should be able to develop solution based on a technical design solution.
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams within the organization to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations.
