Job Description of Salesforce Technical Lead
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
At least 7+ years of increasingly responsible experience in information technology technical support
At least 4+ years of e experience in leading a technical team of developers.
Relevant experience working within a large, multifaceted organization consisting of cross-functional teams.
Project management experience is preferred.
Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with lightning components and the Apex coding language
Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform .
Mentor junior team members in technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
Coach a team of developers
Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with cross functional teams.
Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimisation
Experience with Oracle ERP EBS 12.1 or equivalent
Experience with FinancialForce or other equivalent PSA systems is preferred
Experience in managing integration/data migration streams, Salesforce and Agile as Scrum Master is a plus;

A technical lead’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, responsibility for helping their team members with the technical aspects of their jobs, such as coding and programming. They may also explain new projects to their team and troubleshoot any problems that occur. In comparison, an engineering manager is more focused on managing their employees.
