Description:
We are looking for Security Engineer to join our GlobalLogic team.
Enterprise-level security has always been an important aspect for any company that wants to keep their and their customer’s data protected. We create solutions for one of the leading providers in that field. This project is about the development and handling of any defects of an enterprise-level security application across multiple operating systems.
If you are proficient in Python scripting, are familiar with Security scanning tools and Linux OS, in particular in the field of test automation, then this is a perfect opportunity for you. Come and join us.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as System Engineer / Security Engineer / Cloud Engineer
- Full proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Experience with security scanning tools (Tenable, Rapid7, AWS ECR or similar scanning)
- Ability to write scripts (preferably Python)
- Good communication skills
- Advanced spoken and written English

Job Responsibilities:
- Working with cloud infrastructure technical managers and the security IT department
- Configuring and scanning vulnerabilities
- Coordinating Penetration Testing
- Monitoring of scan and test reports
- Coordinating security patches with the product team to meet internal SLAs
- Identifying and introducing appropriate tools that may be needed
- Coordination of communication between teams in the event of high-priority security issues
