Requirements

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Medical/Regulated Industry: Proven experience delivering software within a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare or medical devices) is highly preferred.
• Project Scope: Deep familiarity with complex systems involving web-based platforms (Vue/Python) and native mobile applications (iOS/Swift).
• Execution Focus: Strong ability to manage requirements for concurrent workstreams, including usability enhancements and performance optimization.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively coordinating with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• English: advanced

Job responsibilities

• Requirement Documentation: Translate high-level business needs into detailed, developer-ready user stories and functional requirements.
• Backlog Management: Take full ownership of backlog hygiene, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Acceptance Criteria: Define comprehensive acceptance criteria to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards and pass internal review gates.
• Product Quality: Support the quality analysis function for regulated product changes, ensuring compliance with medical software standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align on project intake and delivery goals across web and mobile platforms.
