We are seeking a Senior PO, eager to work in a stable environment, with multiple locations (CET time zone) and cultures in a self-driven, independent manner, motivated to commit to Industry 4.0 technologies.
It will be your responsibility to build the strategic software solution for us. The solution is dedicated to supporting personal modes of transportation through different modes of transport. The assumptions include the following: Be-in/Be-out in many configurations; Pre- and Post- paid transaction or client recognition thanks to Bluetooth or RFID technology.
Requirements:
We are looking for a person with the following skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Owner role;
- Excellent requirement management skills;
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence;
- Understanding of SDLC and Scrum/Kanban;
- Leadership, problem solving and self-organizing skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Positive attitude and supportiveness;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
Preferences:
Agile, UML
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Product Owner to take part in creation of a global transportation platform.
Such a platform would address transportation service providers needs.
You will join a Team of talanted specialists and work in Agile environment.
It will be your responsibility to:
Contribute to product roadmap, release planning and project milestones;
Contribute to project scope definition and features prioritization;
Communicate to a client while gathering/clarifying business requirements;
Build and manage product backlog for development team(s);
Use your stakeholder management skills on daily basis;
Facilitate/lead project events (Scrum-related or other);
Committing sprint content towards a client;
Support Development Team(s) from business perspective;
Contributing to continuous process improvements;
