Description:

Candidates should lead from the front and should engage with customers at Director/VP/SVP level in meaningful technology/business discussions.
Responsible for Program delivery with accountability for value creation, operational and financial performance
Have experience in delivering value to the customer through innovations, proactive proposals, and building COE within customer engagement.
Should be Measurement/KPIs and Goal and value-driven
Program shaping and solution when applicable often as part of a commercial proposal
Leading program delivery organizations (including client and 3rd party teams) to successfully deliver program outcomes and benefits
Establishing robust program management governance and controls, including legal and contractual compliance
Executive or Board-level reporting
Provide guidance/mentorship to the team through quality technology discussions.
Should be Well read/technology aware and industry-focused.
Demonstrable experience in building and leading high-performing teams
Great communication and presentation skills are necessary.
Should have great interpersonal skill

Requirements:

    BE / B Tech – Computer Science or Equivalent
    Minimum. 16+ years overall, min. 2 years in a Senior Manager/Program Manager role
    Strong Technology background experience in Microsoft Technology including Azure/Cloud.
    Should have proven track of software development and engineering experience.
    Manage large, complex, customer engagement for a Technology customer

Job Responsibilities:

    Partner with client and GL teams to create an overall delivery strategy.
    Resourcing – Hiring and contracting.
    Develop realistic project plans/schedules and track the Team’s progress in meeting milestones and deliverables
    “Own” the project schedule, and regularly maintain/update as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
    Facilitate team meetings (Issue meeting agendas, timely meeting minutes, and action items) in partnership with the client teams for decision-making, issues resolution, risk mitigation, team engagement, etc.
    Follow-up with action owners on open actions (tasks, document authorship, document approvals, etc) to drive to the current schedule
    Escalate unexpected events impacting project schedule, budget & resources to management
    Keep project team well-informed, effectively communicating current status and changes (also facilitate and ensure communications to extended team members)
    Provide regular project updates to management on project status including risk mitigation plan
    Responsible for capturing and reporting on performance measures and key metrics
    Draft / prepare PowerPoint presentation materials for recurring and special reviews, such as Senior Management Review (SMR), Steering Committee Meetings (SCM), Weekly status Meetings, etc…
    Facilitate internal and external audits and delivery assurance reviews.
    Execute and manage all aspects of the project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, controlling and monitoring, and closing) for all project areas such as:
    Integration, Stakeholder, Scope, Quality, Schedule, Cost, Risk & Opportunity, Resource, Procurement, Communication, Configuration, and Change management
    Take key decisions required for project success.
