We are looking for strong and ambitious candidates for a challenging Senior Project Manager role to support our aggressive growth plans. The client is a world-leading Digital Marketing solution provider who starts to grow a significant digital transformation team with GlobalLogic.

Requirements:

    • Experience in Managing organization of at least 50+ people

    • Practical experience in project and program management

    • Past experience in managing multi-location/cross-country teams

    • Experience in the international organization, working with EU and North American clients

    • Good grasp of modern software development methodologies

    • Ability to build management structure for large client engagements

    • Hands-on experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix bids, T&M, Cost+

    • Strong budget management skills

    • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

    • Understanding of outsourcing business model

    • Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales, delivery & HR

    • Fluent English

    • Education – MS or higher degree

    • Indicative Experience – 8+ years in managing projects

Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing portfolio consisting of multiple projects and geo locations

    • Take control of the following areas on portfolio level:

    • Delivery Quality

    • Client relationship

    • Financial performance: revenue, profitability

    • Support sales and business development

    • Support various organizational initiatives
