Description:
The product is a pre-interview screening test used by recruiting companies/departments, using 12 mini-games played in 30 minutes to assess candidates on social, emotional, and cognitive traits such as attention, emotion, decision-making, risk tolerance, and others.
Requirements:
- min 4 years of commercial experience with Python 2/3 backend development
- 2 years with Django and Django REST framework
- experience with one of JS frameworks: Angular.js, React, Vue
- good understanding of SQL, experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
- previous experience in using UNIX/LINUX
- experience with nginx/Apache, WSGI, Celery
- experience in writing Unit tests
- familiar with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
- English B2
- experience with DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Docker Compose)
- AWS knowledge, Kubernetes

GlobalLogic will assemble the solid development team that will have, in addition to technical guys, scrum master and product owner included.

- Implement the best practices and coding standards of the project
- Ensure fair tasks assignments where people are assigned with the task as per their skills and personal preferences
- Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets
- Ensure Code Review Healthiness
- Constantly increase the productivity of the team and reduce the waste on the other end
- Fulfill all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables
- Control Technical Debt
- Assist and guide the Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination
- Communicate with the relevant stakeholders on technical issues identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action
