Description:
We are offering developers the ability to become part of a big engineering team working on building a Netflix-like Streaming Application for the US Media Market.
Our Client is the leader of the US Media Market and the biggest company that is providing Media Entertainment content to users on OTT platforms.
Application features and OTT platforms include but are not limited to:
Video streaming
Content Discovery
Advertisement integration and targetting
Analytics gathering
User personalizations and recommendations
In-app purchases
Backend integration
Requirements:
– 4+ years of software engineering experience;
– 2+ years of working experience with Rust;
– Good debugging, coding, and design skills;
– General knowledge of working with technical specifications;
– Knowledge of REST principles;
– Good understanding of the OOP and SOLID principles;
– Upper-Intermediate English;
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
– Experience with other languages like Javascript (React JS, VIew JS)
Job Responsibilities:
Development of media playback modules
Working with Video Players, advertisements, and interactive ads
Working with mobile and OTT platforms (Fire TV, Xbox, PS 5)
Participate in the team’s Scrum ceremonies;
Coordinate with local and remote Developers, Testers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders;
