Description:
The client is a product international company with a common goal to redefine the legacy approach to Privileged Access Management by delivering multi-cloud-architected solutions to enable digital transformation at scale. The client’s Cloud Engineering team is responsible for creating secure, scalable, cost-conscious systems to support our enterprise-scale global SaaS products; developing tools and services to streamline operations and the platform development experience, and providing subject matter expertise around cloud-native architecture and progressive delivery.
Requirements:
Job Description
- Demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, securing, and supporting software systems in a heterogeneous operating system environment
- Experience with cloud-based administration (Azure or AWS) with a deep understanding of cloud concepts, Kubernetes, and cloud security
- Experience with security and privacy Certifications like FedRamp, SOC2, GDPR
- Excellent knowledge of different redundancy and backup and disaster recovery approaches in the cloud
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, or Azure Log Analytics
Nice to Have:

Experience writing PowerShell/Python scripts and markup language files such as XML, JSON, and/or YAML as well as familiarity with Object Oriented Programming (C#, Go, Python, etc)

Deep understanding of firewalls, VLANs, NAT, NACLs, Load Balancing, VPN tunnels, DNS, DHCP, and packet filtering

Experience with Azure ARM, AWS CloudFormation, and/or Terraform template creation and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
In the role and capacity of Senior Site Reliability Engineer – you will be expected to:

As the primary point of contact for several critical production cloud-based systems, monitor, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues as necessary.

Ensure critical SLAs are met which will include an on-call schedule for emergencies.

Evangelize, plan, and coordinate implementation and improvements of DR, failover, incident management, and geo-redundant solutions of our existing SaaS applications

Develop solutions for collecting, analyzing, and acting on telemetry and log data from applications.

Leverage previous experiences and industry best practices to monitor and improve the infrastructure of SaaS offerings.
