Job responsibilities
Software Engineer, SaaS Control Plane
We’re building the control plane that manages every tenant, user, and resource across our SaaS platform. You’ll work on the core services that handle customer onboarding, principal lifecycle, entitlements, and the operational workflows that keep the platform running reliably at scale.
What you’ll do
– Build and maintain control plane services: tenant provisioning, principal management (users, service accounts, API keys), and entitlement/subscription enforcement.
– Own the onboarding flow end to end — from account creation and identity setup through resource provisioning and first-use readiness.
– Design APIs and async workflows that coordinate across services reliably, handling failure and retries gracefully.
– Instrument services for observability: structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing so on-call is tractable.
– Partner with the auth, database, and platform teams to deliver features that are consistent and secure across the full stack.
– Contribute to operational health: runbooks, alerts, and iterative improvements to reduce toil.
