Description:
We are looking for a Tableau Specialist for the financial project, providing asset management for institutions to help them select their investment strategies. In this position, you will be part of our “Reporting & Data Migration Feature Team.
About the project:
- Reporting Workstream
There are 21 reports required for New Business and around 19 for In Life, however this number is being ratified and the complexity of reports are also being worked on – this number is based on existing reports and there is some ongoing work to flesh out the requirements and confirm the number.
- Data Migration Workstream
Business teams will continue using the old CRM 2013 instance for existing customer applications and only data marked as complete will be migrated to the strategic solution. Therefore, an initial data migration is required for the ‘In Life’ user journey go-live, but also beyond this stage until all existing customer applications are marked as complete and migrated. In terms of volume, it’s split into documents and customer data. Documents there are 1.2M (approx. 1TB of data) and customer data there is around 10 years’ worth of a base of around 4000 customers. Not all the data will be migrated to IFP, some will be moved to CRM (which the CRM team are looking at) so the final value is not yet known (in terms of GB/TB size).
It is a great chance to become a part of a distributed, cross-functional team based in Poland. This Project is a part of the Multi-Year Program Plan.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience of Tableau, business intelligence, analytics or related experience.
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
- Proficiency in design and development of various dashboards, reports utilizing Tableau Visualizations like bar graphs, scatter plots, pie – charts, geographic visualization and other making use of actions, other local and global filters according to the end user requirement.
- Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the Tableau design, engineering, testing and rollout approach to meet the workstream requirements.
- Development and deploying Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
- Provide Tableau/Data Visualisation subject matter expertise, working closely with client stakeholders.
- Analyze the source data and handled efficiently by modifying the data types.
- Generate Dashboards by joining multiple complex tables.
