Description

The Technical Lead acts as the strategic authority for the Connectivity Testing team. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of knowledge transfer from existing assignment holders, securing deep 3GPP-based cellular and mobile network competency across the team, and serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements

Extensive experience in telecom and automotive connectivity domains.
Deep expertise in 3GPP network signaling, modem configuration, and certification processes.
Proven capability in guiding technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
Understanding of legal eCall specifications and certification requirements.

Job responsibilities

Own the overall technical strategy for TCAM 1.1/2/3/4 connectivity testing.
Manage the handover process from existing assignment holders to ensure continuity.
Provide expert-level guidance on 3GPP standards (GSM/3G/LTE/5G), including voice/SMS/data architectures.
Oversee the validation roadmap for legal eCall, next-generation eCall, and breakdown call scenarios.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during high-level troubleshooting and defect analysis.
