Requirements
· 6+ years of relevant experience
· Must be a product-oriented person
· Strong analytic, logical reasoning and problem solving skill
· Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
· Proactive approach (ability to discern trends and solutions to process/user issues, ability to innovate and suggest process improvements)
· Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
· Proven working experience in the information technology sector
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
· In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
· Organizational and time-management skills
· Decision-making skills
Job responsibilities
· Manage varied projects in close collaboration with product managers
· Responsible for creating SOPs for each project
· Work individually or with team as deemed fit
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
· Set clear team goals
· Delegate tasks and set deadlines
· Oversee day-to-day operation
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Discover training needs and provide coaching
· Suggest and organize team building activities

· Creating SOPs / Workflow Mngt – 40%
