Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Analyst to support content engineering, data research, validation, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting extensive online and secondary research, analyzing information, validating data sources, maintaining large informational databases, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of content. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build strong expertise in research, data analysis, content quality, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Education: Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Freshers with 0 -1 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Internet Research: Strong internet research skills with the ability to locate, interpret, and organize relevant information from multiple online sources.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities with an aptitude for identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and relevant information.
• Problem Solving: Creative and solution-oriented approach to resolving complex problems within defined timelines.
• Data Quality: Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate, verify, and maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Source Verification: Ability to identify reliable sources and verify the authenticity and credibility of information.

Job responsibilities
• Conduct extensive online and secondary research to gather accurate and relevant information from multiple sources.
• Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of large informational database websites.
• Review and analyze content to ensure it meets defined quality, accuracy, and relevance standards.
• Work with various data and research tools to collect, organize, validate, and generate meaningful information.
• Update and maintain databases by ensuring information is accurate, complete, relevant, and up to date.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Research and verify information using credible sources while assessing the authenticity and reliability of online content.
• Analyze information obtained through secondary research and identify relevant insights or discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues and complex problems within defined timelines.
• Work across multiple domains, subjects, and job requirements while adapting research approaches as needed.
• Follow established processes, quality guidelines, and research methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, research efficiency, and overall content accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain high attention to detail while handling large volumes of information and repetitive research activities.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined productivity, accuracy, and quality parameters.
