Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using Databricks (Spark) and Python
Develop scalable data solutions and manage large datasets within Snowflake
Implement transformation logic and data modeling using DBT
Write high-performance, complex SQL queries for analytics and reporting
Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows on AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, etc.)
Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across pipelines
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues with minimal downtime
Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

Candidate Profile
Experience: 3+ Years
Required Skills
Highly hands-on, technically strong Data Engineer who can own end-to-end data engineering deliverables. This role is not purely architectural—you are expected to actively code, build, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines in a cloud-based ecosystem.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering
Strong technical expertise in:
Databricks (Apache Spark, Delta Lake)
Python (PySpark, Pandas)
Snowflake (data warehousing, performance tuning, clustering)
DBT (modeling, testing, documentation)
Advanced SQL (query optimization, joins, window functions)
AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schema)
Experience designing and implementing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
