Description

The Service Implementation track focuses on end-to-end delivery of software solutions and integration services supporting security products across platforms (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).

It includes:

Full-stack development and mobile development
Building and enhancing applications using technologies like Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin
Developing both backend systems and user-facing features
Cloud and infrastructure implementation
Working on AWS-based environments
Managing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes
Quality assurance and testing
Implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cucumber)
Performing API, UI, performance, and regression testing
Ensuring high test coverage and quality standards
Solution implementation and integration
Handling system integrations, deployments, and client configurations
Supporting installation, build systems, and partner integrations
AI-enabled development and testing
Leveraging tools like Copilot/Claude for automation and productivity
Operational ownership
End-to-end responsibility for delivery of assigned work packages
Resource planning, knowledge management, and documentation
Alignment with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (JIRA, GitHub, Confluence)

Requirements

   3–5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
 Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 Proficiency with container technologies — Docker and Kubernetes
 Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
 Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible
 Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go

 Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

 Strong experience in DevOps + Security integration
 Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation
 Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)
Security Expertise
 Application security, API security, container security
 Identity & Access Management (IAM)
 Vulnerability management and threat modeling
AI / ML Skills
 Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
 Understanding of anomaly detection, NLP, or predictive analytics
 Experience with AI-driven security tools or platforms

Job responsibilities

 Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
 Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to
enable fast, reliable software releases.
Guide Technical Delivery Leads and engineering teams on DevSecOps and AI adoption
 Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (shift-left security approach)
 Secure cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
 Establish continuous monitoring using SIEM/SOAR tools
 Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE)
 Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
 Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement improvements to
ensure high availability
 Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps practices into the software
development lifecycle
 Maintain security, compliance, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments
 Document infrastructure architecture and operational runbooks
 Build automated pipelines for security validation
 Integrate tools like:
Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
 SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk
 Kubernetes security tools (Falco, Aqua, Prisma)
