Description
The ideal candidate is an expert in Go (Golang) and multithreading, capable of building secure, resilient systems that bridge edge devices with our core data infrastructure. The candidate should be a “modernist” engineer—someone who leverages AI-agentic tools (Claude Code) and cutting-edge observability (Quickwit/Vector) to manage the complexity of a massive-scale ecosystem within an OpenShift environment.
Requirements
Expert in Golang
Multithreading
Strong command of ANSI SQL and PostgreSQL internals for optimizing data serving in high-concurrency scenarios.
Practical experience with high-throughput Kafka producers, including batching, compression, and delivery guarantees.
Hand on experience in OpenShift & Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines
Tools: Vector for pipeline routing, Quickwit for search, and Grafana for high-cardinality visualization.
Hands-on experience with mTLS, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management at scale within a containerized environment.
Agentic Tools: Direct experience using Claude Code or similar terminal-based AI agents to enhance developer productivity and code reliability.

Job responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead the offshore development of Go-based APIs, ensuring high-quality code, architectural consistency, and performance optimization across the ingestion pipeline.
Concurrency & Multithreading: Design and implement highly concurrent services using Go’s concurrency primitives to handle extreme transaction volumes and massive fan-in from millions of client connections.
Secure API Communication: Architect and maintain mTLS (Mutual TLS) implementations to ensure hardened, authenticated communication between devices and our cloud services.
Data Flow Orchestration: Ensure seamless data handoff from ingestion APIs into Kafka, managing partition strategies and backpressure to maintain system stability.
Advanced Observability: Implement a high-performance telemetry stack using Vector for data routing and Quickwit for efficient, searchable log management on cloud storage.
AI-Augmented Development: Integrate Claude Code into your local environment to accelerate feature delivery, automate testing, and refactor complex logic in a fast-paced environment.
Database & Query Optimization: Write and optimize ANSI SQL for PostgreSQL environments, ensuring high-performance data retrieval even under significant system load.
Enterprise Deployment (OpenShift): Architect, deploy, and manage containerized Go applications within Red Hat OpenShift, utilizing Routes, BuildConfigs, and Security Context Constraints (SCCs) to ensure enterprise-grade resilience and security.
