Description

The Human Resources Manager provides comprehensive HR partnership and support to designated business units and leaders. This role delivers strategic and operational HR solutions, supporting organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership success. The HR Manager works closely with HR colleagues across Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality HR programs and day-to-day guidance without direct people management responsibilities. This role may or may not manage others, depending on business need.

– Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
– Strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines such as employee relations, compensation, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement and inclusion and federal and state employment laws.
– Proven conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide constructive guidance and influence outcomes.

– Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for senior leadership as well as stakeholders on various people management approaches, strategies, and solutions.

– Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable HR strategies.
– Ability to successfully complete multiple priorities and work well under pressure with strong problem solving and analytical skills
– Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
– Extremely well developed organizational skills with close attention to details.
– HRIS experience

EXPERIENCE

Essential

– 10+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated progressive/strategic experience as a HR partner.

 

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS (not required)
– PHR/SPHR certification
– Experience in a Professional Services organization
– Strong employee relations experience

EDUCATION

– Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Job responsibilities

– Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and business leaders to help teams operate effectively and deliver strong performance.

– Provide strategic partnership with executives and senior leaders on business and people-related issues, offering insight, recommendations, and practical solutions.

– Providing insightful data to guide decision making and provide people solutions to make teams more effective and engaged.
– Analyze HR and workforce data to guide decision-making, identify trends, and proactively address organizational needs.
– Diagnose complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions across areas such as organizational design, team dynamics, and employee relations.

– Serving as an approachable, highly trusted coach and adviser to leadership on all matters relating to talent and organizational design, change management, and employee issues and be highly visible to the organization.
– Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to foster trust, improve work relationships, build morale, and enhance retention.

– Effectively communicate, influence drive to consensus, and execute on initiatives across all levels of leadership.
– Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, performance issues, and employment law considerations.
– Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness initiatives and talent programs.
– Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) — Compensation, L&D, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations — to support consistent program rollout (e.g., performance management, recognition, compensation cycles, leadership development).
– Collaborate with Learning & Development to support leadership capability building and team development efforts.
– Maintain accurate and compliant documentation including employee files and HRIS data.
– Stay current on federal and state employment regulations and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
– 3 days at Office (Cañitas)
