Requirements

Mandatory knowledge of Bokmål and Norwegian language (min. B2 level)
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
Analytical thinking
Ability to work in a team
Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
Attention to detail
Client focus

Nice to have : GIS system experience.

 

Job responsibilities

Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
Working in the ticketing system
