Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer with 10+ years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring teams while ensuring high-quality and scalable software delivery.

Requirements

8+  years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and .NET Core
Strong experience in ASP.NET Core, and windows based applications
Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
Expertise in microsoft windows based applications
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database optimization, and design
Explore and integrate Agentic AI systems to autonomously execute, analyze, and optimize test cycles
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, planning, reasoning loops)
Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Utilize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for development efficiency and integrate AI/Agentic AI capabilities into .NET applications, including intelligent automation and workflow-driven solutions.

Job responsibilities

Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance windows based applications using .NET / .NET Core and C#
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and code reviews
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Oversee integration with third-party systems and APIs
Explore and integrate Agentic AI systems to autonomously execute, analyze, and optimize test cycles
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, planning, reasoning loops)
Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and release strategies
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking in Agile environments
Utilize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for development efficiency and integrate AI/Agentic AI capabilities into .NET applications, including intelligent automation and workflow-driven solutions.
