Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software development, specifically in Java and related technologies, demonstrating proficiency in building scalable applications.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Spring Boot, enabling the rapid development of Java applications.
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Experience with CI/CD concept
• Strong experience with Git for version control, facilitating efficient collaboration among team members.
• Good experience in designing and implementing software modules and systems
• Good understanding and practical experiance with Docker Compose and Kubernates
• Solid experience with Java
• Strong REST API design and development experience
• Solid knowledge of Hibernate for ORM
• Experience with Redis for caching/session management and an understanding of distributed systems challenges.
• Production-grade logging & monitoring experience

Preferred Skills:

• Azure DevOps – CI/CD
• Experience in Azure cloud
• Jira

Additional Skills:

• FiveTran + SnowFlake

Job responsibilities

• Implement robust Java applications that meet client specifications and requirements.
• Develop and maintain RESTful services to ensure seamless integration with various systems.
• Enhance existing applications by applying best practices in coding and design.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality.
• Maintain documentation for developed applications and services.
• Develop DTO normalization patterns and resilient API connectors to abstract complex third-party data.
• Implement Redis-based session management, retry patterns, and robust error-handling strategies.
• Integrate production-grade logging and monitoring using Azure Application Insights.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the performance hardening of the system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
