Description

Development of AI models for surgical phase recognition and anatomical structure detection during laparoscopic gallbladder removal procedures.
Annotators will receive structured training and continuous feedback from medical experts. #LI-OK4 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience as a Python developer
• Good knowledge of application design principles, experience with the development of RESTful interfaces
• Good understanding and practical experience of developer testing and performance testing
• Good experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, including hands-on experience
• Experience with gRPC will be a plus
• Experience with the integration and management of any analytics and/or monitoring tools will be a plus
• Strong communication skills with at least an intermediate English level

Job responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for surgical phase recognition and anatomical structure detection.
• Build and maintain data processing, training, and evaluation pipelines using Python, NumPy, SciPy, OpenCV, and TensorFlow.
• Collaborate with medical experts and annotation teams to ensure high-quality labeled data and continuous model improvement.
• Integrate ML models into production systems and optimize performance for real-world use.
• Participate in code reviews, system design, and documentation to maintain best practices.
