As an ML Developer, you will play an instrumental role in creating the machine learning components that will drive the next generation of our audio production tools. You will contribute directly to groundbreaking initiatives focused on generative tools for musical idea creation and intelligent audio tone shaping, fundamentally changing how musicians and producers create and interact with sound. Requirements

• Professional Experience: Between 2 and 5 years of professional work as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist, with direct experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities in Python are required , along with proficiency in at least one major deep learning framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow. You should also be familiar with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of fundamental machine learning principles, including supervised and unsupervised learning and various neural network architectures, is necessary. A basic understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) and core audio concepts is also required.
• Audio Data Experience: You should have experience working with audio data, which includes feature extraction, loading data, and using augmentation techniques for machine learning models.
• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
• Soft Skills: We’re looking for a strong problem-solver with a genuine passion for creating innovative audio experiences. The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member is essential.

Job responsibilities

• Model Development: You will design, train, and assess various machine learning models with a specific focus on audio processing, generative audio, and intelligent sound-shaping applications.
• Data Preparation: Working alongside data engineers, you will prepare, clean, and augment audio datasets to ensure they are high-quality and relevant for model training.
• Algorithm Implementation: You will implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures using modern frameworks.
• Feature Engineering: A key task will be to develop and extract meaningful features from audio signals to improve model performance.
• Prototyping and Experimentation: You will be expected to rapidly prototype new machine learning concepts and run experiments to validate ideas and compare different model approaches.
• Model Integration: You will collaborate closely with software and DSP engineers, as well as product teams, to seamlessly integrate trained models into the company’s products.
• Performance Optimization: A crucial part of the role is fine-tuning models for efficiency, speed, and low memory usage to guarantee the real-time performance necessary for audio applications.
• MLOps Support and Documentation: You will assist with deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production and will be responsible for clearly documenting your work.
