Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in mobile app development across Android (Kotlin) platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
4 – 7 years of experience in mobile app development, with hands-on expertise in Android (Kotlin)
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVVM, MVP), and SDKs.
Experience with API integration, RESTful services, and offline data handling.
Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD, and build/release management.
Hands-on experience with unit testing, automated testing, and debugging tools.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Ability to drive technical decisions and provide innovative solutions for complex problems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
Knowledge of mobile analytics, push notifications, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing sprints.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, reviewing code and promoting best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure adherence to mobile development standards, coding guidelines, and testing practices.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines for mobile app releases and automate build/test processes where possible.
Optimize mobile applications for performance, memory, and battery usage.
Stay updated with latest mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, driving innovation within the team.
