Customer is a healthcare IT security company. It provides healthcare companies with a platform that addresses critical compliance and security challenges and helps to improve providers’ productivity.

The goal is to create a SaaS product from ground up in a public cloud framework.

Requirements

The Pod Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective, predictable flow of work across pods and product areas within Imprivata’s Patient Access group. This role evolves beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, focusing on end-to-end delivery flow, cross-pod coordination, and execution visibility.
Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Design, the Flow Lead owns the health of the delivery system—ensuring work progresses efficiently, risks are surfaced early, and teams are enabled to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a software development role.
  • High level of understanding of Agile, Kanban, or flow-based delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery in complex environments.
  • Have used SDLC tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with a desire to explore new tools, practices and ways of working.
  • Strong willingness to learn and evolve particularly in emerging areas such AI-enabled development and modern delivery practices.
  • Proactive, self-driven, comfortable operating in ambiguity with a focus on outcomes.
  • Healthcare or enterprise software experience preferred

Job responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Own and optimize the flow of work across pods, ensuring timely and predictable delivery of roadmap initiatives.
  • Monitor work in progress, bottlenecks, and aging items; take proactive action to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-pod and cross-product dependencies.
  • Surface and escalate risks, blockers, and decision delays, driving timely resolution.
  • Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Provide clear visibility into delivery health, including progress, risks, and execution gaps.
  • Define and track key delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, dependency aging) and drive improvements based on insights.
  • Embed lightweight governance into planning and execution, including strengthening Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure alignment to roadmap priorities and execution readiness.
  • Support planning, prioritization, and capacity alignment across pods.
  • Drive follow-up and accountability from planning and review forums.
  • Coach teams on flow-based delivery practices and continuous improvement.
  • Enable teams to operate autonomously while maintaining alignment and delivery discipline.
  • Identify and drive systemic improvements to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability
