Description

This initiative is a high-priority Proof of Concept (PoC) focused on Agent to UI protocols. Rather than standard chat-based interfaces, we are building an Agentic UI (A2UI) framework. This system allows AI agents to generate dynamically, control, and sync state with frontend components in real-time. By leveraging GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, and streaming JSON protocols, we aim to create a seamless bridge where the agent doesn’t just “talk” – it builds and manipulates the user interface to solve complex data challenges.

Requirements

A2UI Protocols: Deep expertise in JSONL (streaming JSON) and implementing bidirectional state synchronization between an Agent and the User Interface.

GCP Architecture: Proven experience with Cloud Run for hosting dynamic renderers and managing the full lifecycle of the Vertex AI Agent Engine.

GCP BigQuery: Some experience with BigQuery & SQL skills to provide agents with “semantic maps” of data.

Agentic Engineering: Experience using specialized Vertex agents to automate complex data pipelines and cleaning tasks.

 

Job responsibilities

As the Lead Engineer, you will be the primary designer of the “nervous system” connecting our AI agents to the frontend. You will define how data flows, how state is synchronized, and how the infrastructure scales. This is a highly technical role requiring a deep understanding of streaming protocols and the GCP ecosystem to ensure the agent can securely and efficiently interact with massive datasets.
