As a Product Owner, you will lead the strategic transition of our automotive marketplace from a legacy platform to a modern, scalable architecture. You will be the bridge between business vision and technical execution, responsible for deconstructing complex legacy workflows into high-quality epics, features, and user stories that define the future of our data and application suite. Operating in a high-velocity Kanban environment, you will manage a fluid delivery backlog, balancing the urgent migration of existing functionality with the daily influx of new requests from buying, selling, and transport teams. You will collaborate deeply with other POs and Managers to map inter-team dependencies, ensuring that our modernized databases and services seamlessly support the entire vehicle lifecycle while meeting critical migration milestones on time.

Technical Product Ownership
Platform Literacy: 3–6 years as a PO/BA. Familiarity with API contracts, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven workflows (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
Requirements Translation: Proven track record of turning vague business requests into precise, actionable User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Full-Stack Awareness: Experience managing the lifecycle of a feature from backend logic to front-end delivery.
Agile Delivery & Flow
Kanban Mastery: Expert at dynamic prioritization; able to manage a constant stream of requests from multiple departments while maintaining flow.
Ecosystem Mapping: Ability to see the “Big Picture” and understand how changes in one module (e.g., Vehicle Assessment) ripple through to others (e.g., Logistics/Sales).
Tooling: Proficiency in Jira or Azure DevOps to maintain a transparent roadmap and delivery metrics.
Communication & Mindset
The “Translator”: Ability to explain technical bottlenecks to PMs and business value to Engineers.
Stakeholder Negotiation: Comfortable managing expectations across internal brands and saying “not now” based on team capacity.
Marketplace Expertise: (Preferred) Understanding the vehicle lifecycle—from appraisal to final sale.
Analytical Rigor: A focus on security, scalability, and system performance.
