Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with a strong background in healthcare and data migration to join our team. In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, backlog refinement, and product delivery for a global client. The ideal candidate will possess ONC certification and a deep understanding of EHR healthcare compliance to ensure our solutions meet the highest industry standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and onsite stakeholders.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support design process by defining user journeys, preparing/guiding wireframes and identifying technical solutions with the best practices of latest API frameworks.
• Familiar with web-application technologies/standards such as react, REST and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Standards and Protocols such as HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA, HL7,FHIR etc required.
• Work closely with UX, engineering, and QA to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos with distributed teams.
• Ensure product alignment with clinical workflows and physiotherapy use cases.

Job responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience
• 10-15 years of experience in Product Owner role
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile teams.
• Ability to translate client needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global clients.
