Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in software development, focusing on AI and Python programming.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI and/or LLM-based agents or applications. Understanding of the concepts of Tool-calling, Memory management and agent action planning.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, pgvector etc.), experience in developing recommendation systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Demonstrated success building and deploying agentic AI use cases in production, such as sales automation, operations agents, or analytics bots.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Nice to have:

• Intermediate knowledge of Airflow for workflow management in data processing.
• Understanding of the ML model lifecycle, experience in fine-tuning models.
  Full-stack awareness: Experience developing productive APIs (Python or Node.js) and experience with modern UI (React) to create internal tools.
• Experience designing and building middleware platforms, REST APIs, and distributed systems at scale.

• Implement advanced AI models to enhance user experience and content delivery.
• Develop and maintain scalable Python applications for media processing.
• Analyze and optimize generative AI algorithms for real-time streaming applications.
• Contribute to the integration of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch into existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project goals.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Document processes and technical specifications for future reference.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and streaming technologies.
• Support the deployment of applications in cloud environments.
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical issues.
