Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Fullstack Node/React Engineer who can help deliver large, strategic, and complex projects. This position demands a high level of teamwork, mentoring other engineers, and working with the team to deliver reliable and robust solutions our customers can depend on. In this role, you will face a huge array of challenges – from strangling off legacy systems to designing new product features. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to collaborate with others but can also work independently to take an idea from concept to implementation. Requirements
- Possessing 5-8 years of progressive experience in full-stack software engineering, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
- This position operates under a fully remote work model, requiring strong self-discipline and effective virtual collaboration to contribute to a distributed team environment.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in developing sophisticated user interfaces with React and building scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Proven intermediate-level expertise in designing and implementing robust backend systems and APIs with Go (Golang).
- Possessing a foundational understanding and basic practical application of TypeScript for enhancing code quality and maintainability.
Job responsibilities
- Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using Go, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs with Go and Node.js.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap for new features and system enhancements.
- Lead the technical implementation of complex features, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to uphold coding standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for both frontend and backend components.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve development processes and product capabilities.
