Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices in test automation, quality assurance methodologies, and tool utilization.
Perform in-depth analysis of test results to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with development, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery throughout the SDLC.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for test processes, automation coverage, and overall quality assurance effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend new testing technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the QA function.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines in all testing activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the automation framework, test environments, and integrated systems.
Provide technical guidance and support for integrating automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Requirements
- Possessing 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance automation, specifically focusing on enterprise-grade software testing and validation processes.
- This position operates entirely remotely, requiring a high degree of self-motivation and effective virtual collaboration with distributed team members across various time zones.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated foundational understanding and practical application of automation principles within enterprise testing environments.
- Proven capability in the basic principles of Quality Assurance automation, including test script development and execution.
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts of QA strategy and governance, contributing to structured testing approaches.
- Basic knowledge of relevant programming languages essential for developing and maintaining automation scripts.
- Understanding of basic UI automation techniques and tools for validating user interface functionality.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess foundational communication skills, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts and collaboration within a team.
