Job Summary: The Consulting Specialist Product Experience is a top-tier expert providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on product experience across the organization and potentially to external clients. This role focuses on solving the most complex product experience challenges, driving innovation at the highest level, and shaping the future of product design and user interaction within the company and the industry.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
● 14+ years of deep expertise in product experience, user-centered design, and strategic consulting after a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably from premier institutes like NID or IIT).
● Recognized expert in the field with a proven track record of shaping product strategy and delivering transformative user experiences on a large scale.
● Mastery of all aspects of user experience research, interaction design, and product strategy, with a forward-thinking approach to leveraging emerging technologies like AI.
● A distinguished online portfolio demonstrating significant contributions to industry best practices, thought leadership, and the successful delivery of complex, high-impact product initiatives.
● Exceptional consulting, influencing, and communication skills, capable of advising senior leadership and external partners on product experience strategy.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide expert consulting on product experience strategy, design methodologies, and best practices to internal teams and potentially external clients.
● Lead strategic initiatives to identify and address critical product experience challenges and opportunities across the organization.
● Drive innovation in product design and interaction paradigms, exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies like AI for creating novel user experiences.
● Establish product experience frameworks, guidelines, and standards that elevate the quality and impact of design across the company.
● Share knowledge through internal workshops, design events, and industry participation.
● Act as a thought leader, representing the organization at conferences, publishing articles, and contributing to the broader design community.
● Mentor and inspire senior design and product teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in product experience
