This initiative focuses on planning, structuring, and coordinating the rollout of digital content across a premier global web ecosystem. Operating within a collaborative hybrid delivery model, the project involves executing daily web content maintenance, supporting international markets with page localisation, and managing end-to-end publishing lifecycles using DatoCMS. Working in close alignment with internal design and headquarters teams, this role ensures a seamless, high-quality, and brand-consistent digital experience across all global markets.

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Editor to coordinate, structure, and execute global content rollouts on the client’s website. Working closely with the internal Digital Design team and global market stakeholders, you will transform design assets and copy into localised, live digital experiences. This role requires a balance of hands-on content management, multi-market project coordination, and QA precision.

  • Experience: 0–6 years of experience in web editing, content coordination, or digital publishing.
  • Systems: Hands-on proficiency with headless Content Management Systems, specifically DatoCMS (or similar modern enterprise CMS architectures).
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage localization pipelines, translations, and multi-market lifecycles.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholders across HQ, local retailers, and design divisions.

Job responsibilities

  • Day-to-day maintenance of the content on the client’s website
  • Supporting markets in the creation of localised pages, as well as updating existing pages
  • Plan and structure content rollout activities from a global, multi-market perspective
  • Coordinate market-specific activities, including translations, market review, and quality assurance
  • Identify bottlenecks in the publishing process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and quality
  • Support and guide the Design team on CMS capabilities, limitations, and best practices for content structuring
