Description
The project is a US-based digital platform focused on the car wash industry, designed to help businesses manage prans and product sales, customer interactions, marketing campaigns, and operational workflows.
The team follows Agile (Scrum) practices, working in a cross-functional setup to continuously deliver product improvements aligned with business goals.
Program consists of 4 feature teams, AQA, L3 SUpport, UXUI and DevOps teams, QA and Release manager, and Architect.
Team is focused on plan and subscription management, has a high senior level with a strong tech lead.
Management is supporting and provides autonomy in achieving the client’s objectives.
Position provides a great opportunity to grow as BA, Product manager and gain strong technical expertise

Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering projects, specifically within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Expert-level skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, and translating complex use cases into actionable deliverables.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities for business value and solve problems with a focus on customer experience (UX).
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to build trust with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in a car wash or adjacent domain
- Experience with b2b enterprise business
- Experience with marketing platforms, customer segmentation, or data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in UI/UX sketching and UML modeling.
- Proven track record of using data to drive product strategy and presentation.
- Valid US visa and ability to travel onsite (~2 weeks)
Job responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements from SMEs and stakeholders.
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into clear use cases and functional software requirements.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between business owners and the technical team to validate business flows.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable features.
- Focus on delivering high-impact features that improve customer experience and enable campaign execution.
