Requirements
Essential qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development.
- React/Next.js with TypeScript, and Python FastAPI or Node.js backends.
- Streaming interfaces (SSE/WebSockets) and enterprise authentication (OIDC/SAML; Okta, Azure AD or Google).
- Strong product sense for internal analyst tools.
Desirable qualifications
- Interfaces for LLM products or human-in-the-loop labeling tools.
- Deployment on GCP Cloud Run.
- Data-dense dashboard design.
Job responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Build the web application for triage queues, research reports, citations, and agent trace views.
- Design low-friction feedback capture: validate/invalidate, rewards at decision points, overrides, and comments.
- Build the analyst review console for labeling sampled rejected alerts and correcting decisions.
- Build backend APIs connecting the user interface to agents, models, and data stores.
- Integrate enterprise single sign-on and role-based access control.
