Description

We are redefining the standard of care in mental health. Our platform empowers clinicians by automating administrative burdens—such as note-taking and compliance auditing—using cutting-edge AI and real-time audio analysis. By bridging the gap between clinical sessions and actionable data, we allow providers to focus on what matters most: the patient.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in test automation with a strong focus on mobile applications;
  • Strong expertise in mobile automation tools (Appium, Espresso, or UiAutomator).
  • Experience with native Android testing frameworks is a huge plus, but we are fully open to Appium experts who understand the architectural differences and are ready to work with a native Android test suite.
  • Solid programming skills in Java or Kotlin (the project is native, so familiarity with the Android ecosystem is essential).
  • Hands-on experience with mobile testing concepts, including real devices vs emulators, mobile gestures, app lifecycle, and debugging mobile automation issues;
  • Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC, and testing methodologies;
  • Comfortable performing manual testing for features not yet covered by automation — able to combine hands-on QA work with automation development as needed;
  • Basic experience in web test automation and understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing principles;
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar);
  • Experience working with real device testing platforms or device farms;
  • Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing;
  • Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar);
  • Experience in Healthcare or other regulated domains is a plus;
  • Experience using GenAI tools to support QA and automation workflows;
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-evolving product environment;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests for Android mobile applications using native tools (UiAutomator);
  • Improve and extend the existing native automation framework using Java/Kotlin directly within the Android project repository;
  • Perform manual testing of features and flows not yet covered by automation, ensuring full product coverage until automated suites are in place
  • Build and maintain reliable end-to-end test coverage for the tablet application, focusing on stability and speed;
  • Maintain and optimize automated tests on real devices and cloud platforms like Firebase Test Lab / BrowserStack;
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and support their smooth, automated execution on every Pull Request (PR);
  • Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis in a native environment, and eliminate flakiness;
  • Collaborate closely with Android developers to improve application testability and work together in a shared codebase;
  • Take ownership of the automation strategy: evaluate when the current UiAutomator setup needs to be enhanced with additional native frameworks and implement them independently.
