Description

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Embedded Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to an exciting project focused on the development of modern ovens.

In this role, you’ll combine hands-on testing with test management responsibilities, helping shape the testing approach, coordinate activities, and ensure the quality of the embedded software throughout the development process.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of testing and taking ownership of the bigger picture.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Experience with testing embedded electronic
• Experience with Python test case development & debugging / Pytest
• English min. B2
• Experience with Scrum process

• Knowledge of test management

• Expertise in testing methodologies

• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g. Jira, git, Confluence)

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools

Nice to have:

Experience with RTOS (like Zephyr) is a plus

Experience with Linux development environments is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills with leadership

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and documentation abilities

• Open to feedback and actively participate in decision-making processes

Job responsibilities

• Testing of embedded electronics
• Designing and implementation of test cases
• Test cases debugging
• Integration Test Support
• Create and promote test strategy and test plans aligned with all test levels
• Collect test results, summarize reports, and track test progress
• Detect required skills early to conduct project testing activities
• Identify product, project, and testing risks and define mitigation strategies
• Track requirements and ensure test coverage
• Define and maintain proper KPIs
