Description
GlobalLogic is looking for Fresh Graduates (Non-Technical) with strong analytical and communication skills to support data research, trend analysis, and risk detection activities. The role requires individuals who can evaluate data accurately, identify patterns and potential risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Any fresh graduate with strong communication, quick learning ability, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Team player with attention to detail, comfortable with computers, troubleshooting, handling high-volume tasks, and receptive to feedback.
- Solution-oriented, able to coordinate across teams, high-energy, and focused on delivering quality results.
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo).
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days and 2 Week Offs).
- Must be ready to join immediately.
Job responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and evaluate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Interpret transaction trends and usage patterns across users, geographies, and other parameters.
- Identify potential fraud, risks, and anomalies in data.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to finance and customer relationships.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
