Requirements

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Java programming for developing and maintaining robust test automation solutions.
- Mandatory expertise in designing and enhancing comprehensive test automation frameworks, capable of supporting complex enterprise applications.
- Proven expert-level capability in API and Backend Testing, specifically with REST API Testing, to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques, with a strong ability to strategically apply each method for optimal test coverage.
- Strong understanding and practical application of various testing methodologies, including a deep comprehension of manual testing processes, is essential.
- Expertise in leading and executing acceptance testing processes to validate that developed solutions meet all specified business requirements and user expectations.
- Expert-level experience in conducting UI testing across diverse platforms and devices, ensuring an intuitive and consistent user experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive test plans, outlining scope, strategy, resources, and schedule for complex testing initiatives.
- Expert proficiency in web testing, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, to ensure optimal performance and functionality of web-based applications.
- Mandatory experience in designing and implementing effective regression testing strategies to ensure that new changes do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
- Expert-level skills in API Testing, including the ability to design, develop, and execute automated tests for various API endpoints and services.

- Advanced understanding and practical experience with Kafka for message queuing and real-time data processing within distributed systems.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing Elastic Search for logging, analytics, and full-text search capabilities within complex application architectures.

- Advanced experience in conducting compatibility testing across different operating systems, browsers, and device configurations to ensure broad application usability.

Job responsibilities

- Oversee the implementation of advanced automated testing solutions across various platforms and environments, ensuring optimal test coverage and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring adherence to best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Establish and enforce high standards for test plan creation, test case development, and defect management processes within the team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development and product teams to integrate quality assurance activities throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Accountable for the delivery of high-quality, thoroughly tested software releases, ensuring all acceptance criteria and performance benchmarks are met.
- Champion the adoption of innovative testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA function.
