Description
Experian is seeking an experienced CrewAI Technical Lead / Developer for an engagement to support the buildout of AI agents as part of our DRIVE
transformation program. DRIVE focuses on reimagining end-to-end business processes using AI agents and automation to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
The contractor will serve as our CrewAI subject matter expert, working collaboratively with Experianʼs internal technical team to design, develop, review, and deploy agentic AI solutions.
Base salary: 2900 EUR and higher.

Requirements
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with CrewAI, including multi-agent orchestration, workflows, tools, and integrations.
Strong Python development skills and experience building production-oriented agentic AI applications.
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
Ability to review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide other developers.
Understanding of LLMs, agent evaluation, error handling, guardrails, and human- in-the-loop architectures.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as an embedded member of an existing team. Engagement Model
This is a collaborative, hands-on technical role, not a standalone development assignment. The contractor brings deep CrewAI expertise, while Experian team members provide business context, system knowledge, integration expertise, and direct development contributions.
Success will be measured by both the delivery of working CrewAI solutions and the increased capability of Experian’s internal team to independently develop, maintain, and scale those solutions.
Job responsibilities
CrewAI Expertise: Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing, building, orchestrating, testing, and deploying multi-agent solutions using CrewAI.
Collaborative Development: Partner with Experian developers who will also be building solutions in CrewAI, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Code Review & Quality Assurance: Review and validate CrewAI solutions developed by Experian team members, ensuring quality, reliability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Solution Architecture: Help translate DRIVE future-state process designs into practical agentic solutions, including agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, and integrations with existing systems.
Knowledge Transfer: Coach Experian team members, share reusable patterns, and help build internal CrewAI capabilities that will continue beyond the
engagement.
Joint Delivery: Work alongside Experian teams to deliver working AI solutions leveraging their expertise in Experian’s business objectives, systems, data, and non-CrewAI technologies.
