We are seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Product Architect to work at the intersection of core product engineering, AI orchestration, and high-impact client deployment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our core AI platform capabilities and the highly regulated, complex workflows of our enterprise clients (specifically across FinTech, Financial Services, and Enterprise SaaS).
You are not just deploying a tool; you are embedding autonomous, intent-driven AI workflows into the client’s product ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on builder, deep product architect, and first-principles thinker who can gain trust with client developers and justify product ROI to executive stakeholders.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise product architecture, platform engineering, or solution architecture, with at least 5+ years spent delivering high-scale products within the Financial Services or Enterprise SaaS sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Deep, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack. You must be able to build, evaluate, and debug AI development tools, agentic frameworks, and IDE-based assistants.
- Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of financial technology standards, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, data privacy laws, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Direct experience with tools/frameworks like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases.
- Background in customer-facing technical roles such as Forward-Deployed Engineer, Principal Solutions Architect, or Technical Advisor.
Job responsibilities
Domain-Specific AI Integration:
- Architect Intent-Driven Workflows: Design and deploy agentic AI workflows tailored to complex financial domain logic, ensuring systems can reliably process high-stakes data (e.g., automated credit underwriting analysis, regulatory compliance checking, or algorithmic fraud intent mapping).
- Context-Aware RAG Pipelines: Build and optimize domain-specific Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database architectures that ingest massive, disparate financial data sources (e.g., SEC filings, transaction ledgers, legacy ERP schemas) to feed localized AI agents.
- Bridge Legacy Core Systems: Design secure abstraction layers and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations that allow AI systems to interact seamlessly with legacy core-banking systems, monolithic financial ledgers, and rigid enterprise APIs.
Product Delivery & SDLC Acceleration:
- Accelerate Product Feature Delivery: Partner directly with the client’s product and engineering leadership to replace traditional, bottlenecked sprint cycles with autonomous delivery loops that generate domain-compliant code, comprehensive unit tests, and validation artifacts.
- Establish Guardrails & AI Governance: Implement deterministic controls, “human-in-the-loop” verification, and automated compliance checks within the AI pipeline to meet strict financial sector regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, GDPR, SOC2).
- Measure Engineering Velocity: Define, track, and report on hard product metrics resulting from AI implementation, such as reduction in feature-to-production cycle time, code review velocity, and coverage of automated edge-case test generation.
Forward-Deployed Customer Engagement:
- Embedded Engineering Leadership: Embed directly within client engineering teams as a trusted technical advisor, leading by example by writing code, evaluating architectures, and building working proofs of concept.
- Translate Intent to Architecture: Map high-level business goals from client Product Managers into technical AI specifications, ensuring the AI agents accurately understand product requirements and domain constraints.
- Executive Value Articulation: Present technical architectures, security postures, and measured business outcomes to both engineering teams and C-level executives (CTO, Chief Risk Officer, CPO).
- Hands on in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Evaluation Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, Function Calling, Multi-agent orchestration, AI Observability
