Description

The Poland Health & Safety Department is a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to fostering a world-class safety culture across all our corporate and operational locations. Operating under the strategic guidance of the Country Board and closely integrated with the Employee Services division, we act as trusted internal consultants rather than just compliance enforcers.

Our mission is to seamlessly merge strict regulatory standards with practical, modern workplace solutions. As a growing department with both local impact and international reach, we thrive on collaboration, continuous improvement, and technological innovation in safety management. Joining our team means having a real voice in shaping the organizational well-being, driving chemical and machinery safety standards, and ensuring that every employee returns home safely every day.
