This project’s goal is to modernize the Cost Price and Quoting system for the client. The project involves an initial Technical discovery and design phase followed by Phased execution. #LI-VK1

Requirements

  • Experience leading large Fixed Price projects
  • Own end-to-end program management across a multi-track, cross-functional team spanning Business Process Transformation, Product Discovery, and Architecture & High-Level Design workstreams, coordinating Business Consultants, Engineering Manager, Architecture/DevOps/QA Track Leads, Product Owner, and Experience Designers without direct line authority
  • Own workshop logistics end-to-end for a multi-week workshop series with cross-functional client stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda design, facilitation coordination, and output documentation
  • Coordinate current-state process workshops across legacy CPQ modules, capturing current architecture, module dependencies, UX pain points, and integration touchpoints across a complex multi-OEM product environment
  • Maintain program cadence across three parallel workstreams, tracking completion of current-state documentation, target-state blueprints, change impact analysis, transformation strategy recommendations, product backlog planning, and architecture deliverables against milestone deadlines
  • Produce and distribute weekly status reports to client and internal leadership covering milestone progress, deliverable status, schedule risks, dependency flags, and change control items across all tracks simultaneously
  • Manage an active schedule and risk log throughout the engagement, identifying scope creep, stakeholder availability gaps, assumption failures, and dependency risks early and escalating per the defined process
  • Own the change control process.
  • Drive the final discovery phase consolidated deliverable – a comprehensive PI-1 execution plan with locked scope, finalized team structure, validated readiness criteria, and a draft SOW and budget for the build phase
  • Transition program management into full build execution, overseeing modernization of core CPQ platform modules
  • Own PI planning coordination and program increment cadence across engineering, architecture, DevOps, and QA streams during build, ensuring cross-track dependencies are resolved and delivery is sequenced per the product roadmap
  • Maintain schedule, budget, and risk oversight across the multi-track build program, managing resource forecasting, billing milestone tracking, and cost-to-completion projections in alignment with internal financial reporting requirements
  • Serve as primary liaison between client business and IT stakeholder groups and the delivery team, managing competing priorities across business and technical decision-makers at VP level and below
  • Track and report program health metrics including throughput, velocity, milestone completion, and budget burn, providing executive-level visibility to both client leadership and internal account leadership
  • Experience with leveraging AI tools to accelerate all aspects of SDLC from requirements, development and testing.
  • Experience delivering business AI enabled workflows.
