Description

What Role You’ll Play

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of one or more digital products within the Client’s subscription and cloud platform. You will own the product backlog, make prioritization decisions, and ensure that every product increment delivers measurable business value.

You will serve as the voice of both the customer and the business within the engineering team, balancing stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and market opportunities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a global, cross-functional Agile team consisting of Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and DevOps Engineers.

Department / Project Description

Our client is a well-known brand in the construction industry. The Subscription & Development Platform IT team, part of the Client’s Global IT organization, builds and maintains the Client’s global cloud platforms and subscription services, enabling secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery for digital products, services, and AI-driven innovation.

The team follows modern Platform Engineering and DevSecOps principles while fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and collaboration. As part of an international, multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development of enterprise-scale microservices, including identity management, subscription APIs, and AWS infrastructure automation, supporting millions of users across the Client’s digital ecosystem.

Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, for product and backlog management.
  • Understanding of cloud-native software delivery, including microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
