Description:
Client is an Austrian company based in Graz that develops, produces and sells distributes highly accurate laboratory instruments as well as process measuring systems and provides custom-tailored automation and robotics solutions worldwide.
The scope of this Project is to develop a support for third-party devices. Client is looking for external partners to develop the respective drivers using the specific Synapse protocol for getting device information, fetching measurements information and results and archiving them, triggering measurements etc.
Wage: From 2800 € gross monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience
Requirements:
- Experience in test automation and test framworks related to testing of a desktop application
- Ability to write automated tests in Java
- Ability to write performance tests
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex testing scenarios and defects, able to drive test coverage and traceability
- Experience utilizing industry-standard Agile tools and test case repository management
- Experience & understanding of API testing, integration and unit testing in all layers would be a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for:
- automated test development
- selection of appropriate test framework and tools
- test reporting (nightly builds report)
The other responsibilities:
- Analyze changes that span application test team and functional processes to ensure all impacts have been identified for testing
- Work closely across the Test Organization in the Regression, Integration and Functional Test Cases to meet release and project deliverables
- Working knowledge of industry standard Metrics and KPI’s with ability to ingest and output to a dashboard to monitor and report on test results.
- Leveraging Risk management skills in performing effective testing to optimize release time to market
- Collaborate with the development and DevOps team for CI/CD for testing.
