Description:

The client is a leading world telecommunication provider.

The Technical Writer role involves creating high-quality documentation essential for the success of our products. This includes collaborating with various teams to understand product details, developing and managing different types of documentation, and ensuring content meets relevant standards. The position requires strong writing skills, project management abilities, and the capability to tailor content for technical audiences.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in technical writing, including SOPs, test plans, training materials, and technical solution documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HTML/XML authoring tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management principles


Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product requirements.
Plan, develop, and manage documentation, including user interface text, developer guides, and online help.
Create tutorials and content for multiple delivery platforms to assist end-users.
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and ensure consistency across documents.
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
Tailor content for different user profiles based on technical levels, including API and SDK documentation.
Work independently to manage projects, deliver high-quality documentation, and meet deadlines effectively.
Adapt to a dynamic environment, learn new technologies quickly, and contribute to improving documentation processes.
