Description:
As a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will drive the planning and execution of the sales enablement strategy for an assigned industry sector. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing leaders to design the sales enablement solutions that will accelerate pipeline creation and ensure sustainable business growth.
We are looking for a “playing coach” comfortable wearing both management and execution hats. Although this role assumes managing a team of 2-3 people, we believe in “leading by example”, therefore we are looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement expert capable of taking high-level business goals and translating them into well-defined action plans, providing coaching and guidance to the other team members.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience driving software products or services sales / marketing / business development in the international business environment
- People management / leadership experience
- Expert written and spoken English
- Extensive hands-on experience creating sales or marketing collateral in the technology space: sales pitch decks, case studies, proposals
- Strong business and technical acumen: proven ability to analyze and anticipate potential client’s business needs and suggest an optimal technology solution
- Excellent communication and people skills to drive internal collaboration in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to collect, process, and organize massive amounts of information effectively
- Design sensibility, attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the senior sales leadership to identify their goals, needs, and pain points
- Designing and executing strategic and operational sales enablement roadmaps to address business goals
- Acting as an in-house subject matter expert within the assigned industry sector, connecting the dots between emerging market demands and GlobalLogic capabilities
- Performing qualitative and quantitative market analysis to inform strategic business decisions
- Designing account-level business growth strategies based on collected insights
- Working with global teams to build a holistic view of GlobalLogic expertise, capabilities, and offerings and ensuring the availability of sufficient sales enablement materials to empower the sales team’s go-to-market efforts
