Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Monitor system health and performance, utilizing advanced tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues proactively.
Serve as a primary responder on a 24/7 on-call rotation, providing immediate support for critical incidents to ensure high availability and continuity of services.
Use diagnostic tools to verify service availability and functionality, developing testing scenarios that mimic user behavior and interaction.
Manage production support tickets from inception to resolution, prioritizing issues based on severity and impact on business operations.
Conduct thorough assessments of Java JVM environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing performance enhancements.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on incident status, technical challenges, and resolution plans.
Lead triage calls during incidents, facilitating collaboration among technical teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to emergencies.
